Veliqo Returns & Refunds Policy

At Veliqo, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and straightforward return and refund process.


Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Simple Returns: Our customer service team is ready to assist you every step of the way.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If your product is damaged during delivery, faulty, or not what you ordered, return shipping is free of charge.
  • Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind or Exchanges): The return label and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. This means that if you return a product simply because you changed your mind or want to exchange it, you will need to cover the return shipping cost yourself, and any shipping fees paid with the original order will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Want to switch to a different item, size, or color? No problem — just reach out, and we’ll take care of it quickly. Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.


Defective or Damaged Items

We take product quality seriously and want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@goveliqo.com. Our team will review your case promptly and offer a suitable solution—either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Return shipping costs for faulty items are fully covered by us.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@goveliqo.com including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original box with all accessories, tags, and instructions included.
  3. Ship It Back: Follow the return instructions provided in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: If the return is incomplete or does not meet the return criteria, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped by contacting us at info@goveliqo.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still return it after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be marked as non-returnable. This will always be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return address based on your location — to ensure the return process is as convenient as possible.
